Treatments

There’s no room for quick-fix approaches to dentistry at Geans Dental.

We take the right measures to make you and your mouth feel better.

We understand that many people already suffer from some form or other of oral complaint. In such cases, we do our best to alleviate their pain and provide deservedly personalised restorative care that will prevent complaints in the future. Our team provides you with a service that is high on quality, in an environment that is warm and reassuring.

Root Canals

Sometimes, the pulp inside the tooth can be infected or inflamed, resulting in pain, tooth discolouration and even an abscess. A Root Canal treatment can fix this.

The procedures are generally comfortable, as the tooth is anaesthetised during the process. At our practice, we have the benefit of an operating microscope that helps us work under high magnification to carry out this treatment.

Crowns

Crowns are replacement external surfaces for your teeth. They are used as protective covers for badly decayed or fractured teeth, as a permanent restoration for teeth with large fillings, or to improve the appearance of heavily filled teeth.

Bridges

Bridges are a way of replacing missing teeth by connecting to a tooth or teeth next to the space. This way, you don’t have to wear removable dentures. Made of porcelain thermally fused with a metal substance, Bridges look and feel like natural teeth, whilst giving a great appearance.

Dentures

You probably recognise dentures as the detachable set of teeth, or ‘false teeth’, that older people usually wear. The truth is, dentures are removable false teeth that are used to replace missing teeth, regardless of age, whilst improving a person’s appearance.

We pay close attention to your concerns and recommend the right treatment for you.
