Smile
Design

Your smile is one of the first things people notice about you.

smile design

Studies have shown that when people are asked to analyse facial photographs, they are most likely to focus their attention on the mouth and the eyes. Combined with a smile, this assessment helps people form certain impressions about you. If you are not confident about your smile, it shows.

The team at Geans Dental fully understands the impact of a great smile on people and will work with you to help you create a lasting impression.

We start with understanding your smile

The process of correcting a smile begins with a smile evaluation. We photograph your smile and analyse your teeth using models contoured with diagnostic wax to understand the plan of treatment and recommend the right services for you.

We pay attention to protecting your natural teeth and enhancing your smile in the most conservative and least invasive manner to preserve your natural look as much as possible.

Your smile stays memorable for longer.

Composite
Recontouring

Composites are tooth-coloured filling materials used to fix minor chips in teeth, disguise gaps and worn edges or replace metal fillings. They are different from porcelain veneers, in that they are minimally invasive; and the treatment can be completed in a single visit, sometimes without the need for anaesthetic.

Before: gap in teeth

After: gap fixed with Composite Recountouring

Veneers

Veneers are custom-made shells of thin porcelain that match your teeth colour. They are designed to ‘repair’ your smile by covering the front surface of your teeth to close gaps between teeth, mask internal stains, restore partially broken-down teeth or correct those that are poorly formed.

Composite fillings

Composite resin or tooth-coloured fillings offer a strong and durable restoration with very good aesthetics. They were originally used only for front teeth because of their softer nature, but with modern improvements to their composition, composite fillings are now suitable for molars and premolars as well.

Before: stained teeth and fillings

After: whitened teeth and replaced composite fillings

Cosmetic Crowns

Crowns are placed on the teeth to protect them if they are showing signs of cracks and wear or have undergone extensive filling, such as teeth that have had root canal work. Our expert lab technicians make the crowns bespoke to the shape and colour of your existing teeth, offering excellent aesthetics.
